Richard Okon: MD/CEO

Mr. Okon is a chartered and National Prize winner in his qualifying examinations. He has a first degree in Accounting and an MBA from the International Graduate School of Management (IESE), University of Navarra, Spain. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He started his working career at the Federal Civil Aviation Authority a Regulatory body for the Aviation industry before moving to join the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation.

He left the NDIC to set up HALKON Investment Ltd, a consulting firm that specializes in Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring, Venture Capital, Strategy and Systems design, and has been actively involved in providing these services to clients in the financial services, Oil and Gas, Power and Manufacturing sectors. He has also been actively involved in the Private Equity space and has closed deals in excess of $200m. Richard is also a regular speaker in programs covering strategy, restructuring, Private Equity, and turnaround.

He joined the board of Pilot Finance Limited in December 2015 and became the Managing Director and CEO in 2020

Oladimeji Sofoluwe: Head Internal, Control and Head, Bureau De Change

Oladimeji is a Full member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk management of Nigeria (MCILRM). He holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and also holds the Higher National Diploma Certiﬁcate in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu Lagos State.
Before joining Pilot Finance in 2014, he has worked with Towoju & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as Tax Manager. He also worked with Ehigie Ife & Co. (Chartered Accountants), and Markﬁna International Ltd (a renowned haulage company with Nigeria Brewery and Nigeria bottling Company Plc.) as Auditor and Accountant respectively.

Olatunji Akinola: Head of System Administration

Mr. Olatunji, he holds the Higher National Diploma Certiﬁcate in Accountancy from Osun State Polytechnic, Osun State. He also holds Diploma in Information Technology and Certiﬁcate in Computer Engineering from Wolex Computer College and Royal World Computer Institute, Lagos State.
Before joining Pilot Finance in 2013, he has worked with Patrick Gold Microﬁnance bank Ltd as System Administrator. He also worked with Mercury Microﬁnance Bank Ltd and Bristol Microﬁnance Bank Ltd as Information Technology Oﬃcer and Operation Oﬃcer respectively.

Abdulsalam Tunde: Marketing Executive Officer.

Oluyadi Olaoluwa Kikelomo: Human Resources and Administrative Officer.

Miss Kikelomo Oluyadi holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Victoria Island Lagos State in 2014 and also holds a National Diploma Certificate in Accountancy from Dorben Polytechnic Bwari, Abuja.

Her working experience began with FCDA Wuse II, Abuja in 2011 to 2012 as an Account Clerk Officer. Prior to joining pilot finance in 2017, she has worked with Tropical Naturals Limited (Dudu Osun) as the Marketing Executive Officer in November 2015 before been promoted to a Supervisor in 2016.

Emmanuel Obasola Abayomi : Head, Investment, Credit & Risk.

Mr. Abayomi is a Full member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk management of Nigeria (MCILRM). He holds both the Higher National Diploma Certificate and National Diploma Certificate in Banking and Finance from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree. Osun State. He has formerly worked in the capacity of Credit Officer in the company for three (3) years before re-assigned to serve as account officer in Pilot Bureau de Change for One (1) year and thereafter as a Credit Officer in Pilot Finance Ltd until year 2020 February when he was moved to Treasury Department and later in the late 2020 became an acting Head, Credit & Risk Department.
Before joining Pilot Finance in February 2014, he has worked with DeeBee Winery Company as Marketing/Sales Executive. He also worked with Fad-Far group of school as Store keeper respectively.
